The company representative said that the use of pre-engineered steel buildings helps businesses reduce the time to build factories and easily exchange functions when needed.

Not only applied to industrial works, according to architectural experts, pre-engineered steel has been used more and more for civil works. With the great development in technology of pre-engineered steel materials, construction and by adding modern architectural lines, eye-catching interior decoration, architects can create new spaces. for works. The harmonious combination between conventional construction and pre-engineered steel frame brings modern architectural space in office buildings, high-rise buildings, apartments, product display areas, restaurants, cafes…

Ms. Cao Thi Huong Trang, investor of Tu Do coffee chain in Bien Hoa city, said that among her coffee shops, she used pre-engineered steel buildings for 3 cafes. The factory is invested with modern technology and is the project of a Vietnamese enterprise with the largest scale in the steel structure industry. Established in 2004, this enterprise currently has 2 factories in Dong Nai and Long An, with a total designed capacity of 144,000 tons of steel structures per year. In addition to applications for factories and warehouses, the products of this factory are also provided for civil and commercial projects such as high-rise buildings, commercial centers, exhibition centers, supermarkets, train stations. , airport…

Another enterprise is GSB Steel Structure Joint Stock Company in Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Vinh Cuu District. Mr. Nguyen Tan Loc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, said that the main business activities of the enterprise are the manufacture and construction of pre-engineered steel buildings. The business scope of the enterprise is spread throughout the provinces and cities, developing many industrial zones, in addition to other projects on livestock and large constructions. Besides, enterprises also export manufactured products to other countries. Most recently, the company just exported 1 shipment to Japan at the end of 2021.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tan Loc, in order for products to be exported to fastidious markets, technical requirements must be very high. Enterprises are rearranging production processes according to new standards on an area of ​​​​6ha in Thanh Phu Industrial Park to be able to meet the increasing demand for both domestic and export markets.

As for raw material suppliers, Mr. Nguyen Huu Khoa, a representative of a company specializing in supplying construction steel in Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City areas, identified the need for steel and materials to manufacture pre-made steel buildings. The structure of enterprises is now increasing. Recently, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the construction of new factories and enterprises of manufacturing enterprises was halted, but now production has stabilized and continued to expand.
